Ear cuff measures approximately 1/2" in height and tapers down to a thin edge. To wear it, place it on your ear by sliding it along the edge of your ear until it drops comfortably into the ear curvature and hangs comfortably. This is an earring single and meant to be worn on one ear. No piercings neccessary.

Returns & Exchanges

The BINX ear cuff earring is a stock style which can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Shipping charges on the order are not refundable.

If you would like to proceed with a return or exchange, please email your order number to support@sarahchloe.com to initiate a Return Authorization ticket.

A flat-rate $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund and a pre-paid shipping label with tracking will be provided to you for the return.

Shipping

Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via UPS using the method you selected at checkout (Standard Ground, Express 2nd Day or Overnight). You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Unless otherwise requested, we do not include "Signature Required" on shipments below $1,000 value. Shipments over $1,000 value have Signature Required included for safety. If you would like to request Signature Required on your shipment please emails sales@sarahchloe.com.

How do I care for my Sarah Chloe Jewelry?

As with all Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil and Fine Jewelry, proper care is essential. Here is how to care for your jewelry:

1. When you are not wearing your jewelry, we recommend storing it in a sealed bag. A ziplock bag is fine.

2. Do not wear your jewelry while showering, swimming, washing dishes, applying perfume, engaging in sports or working out.

3. After wearing your jewelry, we recommend wiping it with a non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth to remove dirt and tarnish.

4. To fully remove tarnish and any stains on your jewelry, we recommend using silver polish or jewelry polish. Be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle and to always use gloves when working with silver polish.
